Alarmtech is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day finance function, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general finance administration, helping to ensure that financial records are accurate, payments are processed efficiently, and financial information is maintained to a high standard.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and able to follow through on tasks to completion. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.


Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills and follow-through
  • Good command of the English language
  • A Levels in Accounting, an accounting qualification, or an early-stage ACCA student
  • 1–3 years of experience in an accounts or finance administration role
  • Good computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Assist with general finance and administrative duties

  • Communicate with other internal departments related to specific deliverables 

Must Have

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills and follow-through
  • Good command of the English language
  • A Levels in Accounting or an early-stage ACCA student
  • 1–3 years of experience in an accounts or finance administration role

Nice to have

  • Experience using accounting or ERP software
  • Experience in similar companies and working environments 
  • Experience with reconciliations and month-end processes
  • Understanding of basic financial reporting and VAT requirements
